01. Exchange Window

You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

02. What Can Be Exchanged?

03. How to Request an Exchange

  • Step 1: Message us on WhatsApp or email within 7 days
  • Step 2: Share your order number + photos of the product (with tags visible)
  • Step 3: Our team confirms your exchange within 24 hours
  • Step 4: Ship the item back to us (we'll share the return address)
  • Step 5: Once received and inspected, we ship your new item within 2 business days

04. Exchange Shipping

๐Ÿ” If the exchange is due to our mistake (wrong item/defect) โ€” we cover all shipping costs.

If you simply want a different style โ€” return shipping is on you, but we'll ship the replacement for free.

05. Condition Requirements

For an exchange to be accepted, the product must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Free from any stains, odor, or damage
