Brimzy delivers across all of Pakistan. Here's everything you need to know about how your cap gets to your doorstep. 🚚

01. Delivery Coverage

We ship to all cities and towns across Pakistan including remote areas. If a courier can reach you, so can Brimzy.

02. Delivery Timelines

Location	Estimated Delivery
Lahore (Same City)	1–2 business days
Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan)	2–4 business days
Other Cities & Towns	3–5 business days
Remote Areas (AJK, Balochistan, GB, FATA)	5–7 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during holidays, Eid season, or extreme weather conditions.

03. Shipping Charges

🚚 FREE DELIVERY on all orders above Rs. 2,000

For orders below Rs. 2,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies nationwide.

04. Order Processing

Orders placed before 4 PM are dispatched the same day (Mon–Sat)
Orders placed after 4 PM or on Sunday are processed the next business day
You'll receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp once your order is shipped

06. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking number shared via Email. If you need help tracking your order, just message us.

07. Undelivered Orders

If a delivery attempt fails (wrong address, recipient unavailable, phone unreachable), the courier will try again. After 2 failed attempts, the package is returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
