    At Brimzy, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your order, here's how we handle refunds.  
 

01. Refund Eligibility

 

You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  •    
  • You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
  •    
  • Your order was not delivered within 15 business days and the courier confirms it is lost
  •  
 
   

Important: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if the cap has been used/washed after delivery.

 
 

02. How to Request a Refund

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order

  • Send a WhatsApp message or email with your order number and photos/video of the issue

  • Our team will review your request within 24 hours

04. Return Shipping

 

If the refund is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), Brimzy covers return shipping. For other cases, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
